  由湖南省委組織部編印的《向下扎根 向上生長——湖南選調(diào)生國情調(diào)研成果匯編》,集納了14篇優(yōu)秀調(diào)研報告。通過到村任職選調(diào)生的見聞和思考,呈現(xiàn)這一年輕群體在基層歷練的成長與收獲。

  3年來,湖南共有近1800名選調(diào)生到村任職。省委組織部將開展國情調(diào)研作為選調(diào)生了解社情民意、培養(yǎng)基層情懷、密切群眾感情的重要載體,作為提升學(xué)習(xí)研究、綜合分析、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力的重要抓手。通過組織開展國情調(diào)研,著力提升選調(diào)生建強(qiáng)組織、發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)、基層治理的實(shí)戰(zhàn)能力。近10萬字的調(diào)研成果匯編,既有深入扎實(shí)的理性思考,又有質(zhì)樸感人的基層故事,內(nèi)容涉及疫情防控、抗洪搶險、脫貧攻堅、鄉(xiāng)村振興等,不少意見建議已被吸納運(yùn)用到實(shí)際工作中。

  省委組織部相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人說,湖南省高度重視選調(diào)生培養(yǎng)管理工作,通過精細(xì)化分組管理、階段化分類指導(dǎo),堅持把嚴(yán)管與厚愛貫穿選調(diào)生隊(duì)伍建設(shè)全過程,營造“大學(xué)習(xí)、大討論、大調(diào)研”良好氛圍,讓基層成為選調(diào)生成長成才的“主戰(zhàn)場”。
