  日前,人社部、教育部、國務(wù)院扶貧辦印發(fā)《關(guān)于進一步加強貧困家庭高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)幫扶工作的通知》,提出將貧困家庭高校畢業(yè)生全面納入就業(yè)幫扶,使建檔立卡貧困家庭、零就業(yè)家庭畢業(yè)生全面就業(yè)到位,使有需求的其他貧困家庭畢業(yè)生全面幫扶到位。

  通知強調(diào),要將受疫情影響導(dǎo)致家庭困難的高校畢業(yè)生及時納入求職創(chuàng)業(yè)補貼政策范圍,摸清就業(yè)需求,建立貧困家庭畢業(yè)生就業(yè)幫扶機制。要為每名貧困家庭畢業(yè)生確定一名職業(yè)指導(dǎo)師,對貧困家庭畢業(yè)生實施專項招聘服務(wù),舉辦小型供需對接活動,組織跨地區(qū)服務(wù)協(xié)作和崗位共享。

  通知明確,要將建檔立卡貧困家庭畢業(yè)生、52個未摘帽貧困縣畢業(yè)生作為就業(yè)援助重點,實施結(jié)對幫扶、包干到人。國有企業(yè)招聘、科研助理崗位吸納、“三支一扶”“特崗教師”等基層服務(wù)項目在同等條件下優(yōu)先錄用建檔立卡貧困家庭畢業(yè)生,事業(yè)單位可拿出一定數(shù)量崗位專項招聘貧困家庭畢業(yè)生。要充分發(fā)揮東西部扶貧協(xié)作、對口支援機制作用,將貧困家庭畢業(yè)生納入支援地就業(yè)政策扶持范圍。

  通知要求,各地要把做好貧困家庭高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)幫扶工作納入就業(yè)工作目標責任體系和高校重點督促考核內(nèi)容,確保各項幫扶政策及時兌現(xiàn)。
